  • A detailed discussion with the employer to fully understand the requirements of the company. We also offer human resources consultancy services for organizations in need of guidance in that regard.
  • Once we have the client requirements, we search our computerised database of job seekers for prospective candidates. We also advertise in the local, regional and national dailies and other medias and also utilize our industry contacts about the new opportunities.
  • Once we receive the applications, a careful filtering process is done to select and short list the candidates for the interview. The prospective candidates chosen for the interview/testing will be informed and arrangements will be made for a meeting with the client.
  • Our office is fully equipped to conduct client interviews and can accommodate several interviews. we also have a waiting lounge for candidates.
